Tech for
real problems.
If your operation runs on spreadsheets, manual processes or systems that don’t talk to each other, there’s a better way to work. We design it together and take it to production.

What I do
If any of these sound familiar, let’s talk.
I work where technology meets day-to-day operations, from understanding the problem until the solution runs in production.
-
Shipments, packages and customers live in spreadsheets nobody keeps up to date.
Operations platforms for courier, warehouse and last-mile delivery, with everything in one place.
-
Every incoming package is measured, weighed and keyed in by hand, and the mistakes show up later.
Receiving stations that measure, weigh and read the label on their own.
-
There’s a product idea, but nobody to take it to a first version that actually works.
Products from scratch: from the idea to a first version in production, with real users.
-
The systems don’t talk: data gets copied and pasted from one to another, every single day.
Integrations and automations that take the repetitive work out of the way.

FAQ
Before you write.
What kind of companies do you work with?
Companies whose operation depends on the day-to-day: logistics and couriers, e-commerce, distribution and services. If there are spreadsheets, manual processes or systems that don’t talk to each other, I can probably help.
How does a project start?
With a conversation to understand the problem and how you work today. Then I send you a proposal with scope, stages and cost, before writing a single line of code.
Do you build new systems or also improve the ones I have?
Both. I can build from scratch or take an existing system to clean it up, connect it to others or make it faster.
Do you work with companies outside Paraguay?
Yes. I work from Asunción and remotely with teams in other countries.
What happens after delivery?
Delivery is the beginning: I support the rollout, fix whatever comes up and we keep improving with real metrics.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope. I’d rather quote a concrete problem: tell me what you want to solve and I’ll get back to you with an estimate.

What happens after you write
- 1 I reply within 2 business days with a first take on the problem.
- 2 A call to understand how you work today and what you want to change.
- 3 A proposal with scope, stages and cost, before any code is written.
