Who is responsible

This site and its data are run by Anibal Javier Mendoza Franco (jmf), based in Asunción, Paraguay.

What data I collect

Only what you send through the contact form: name, email, company (optional) and your message.

To protect the form from abuse, your IP address and Cloudflare Turnstile’s anti-bot check are used temporarily.

The server keeps technical access logs (date, page, IP, browser) for a limited time, for security and troubleshooting.

What I use it for

To answer your inquiry and, if we move forward, to talk about your project.

I don’t sell or share your data, I don’t use it for advertising and I don’t add you to any mailing list.

Who it is shared with

Only with the providers that run the site, and only as needed: Cloudflare (network, security and anti-bot), DigitalOcean (server), Twilio SendGrid (delivery of the form email) and Google Workspace (the inbox where I receive it).

How long I keep it

Form messages are kept while the conversation lasts and deleted once they are no longer needed.

Data used against abuse is discarded within minutes; technical logs, within a few weeks.

Cookies

The site only uses strictly necessary technical cookies: the session cookie and the cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection cookie. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data you sent me by writing to [email protected]. I’ll reply within a reasonable time.
